In Paris, France, worry is growing for Jewish residents after Stars of David have been painted on buildings within the metropolis.
The Times of Israel reports that the image, echoing the Nazi regime’s concentrating on of Jews through the Holocaust, has appeared on a minimum of 60 buildings within the southern district of Paris.
The image additionally appeared over the weekend in a number of suburbs of the town together with Vanves, Fontenay-aux-Roses and Aubervilliers.

The mayor of Aubervilliers, Karine Franclet, condemned the graffiti as being “in whole contradiction with the basic values that we maintain, together with tolerance, equality and mutual respect, notably within the present context.”
